Oil and gas pressurization metering device
Oil and gas pressurization metering device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is mainly used for metering and pressurizing oil wells located in remote and complex terrain. Firstly, the device continuously separates and measures the output of the oil well. After measuring the required mass, flow, density, temperature and other values, according to the needs of power transmission, the oil and gas transmission pressure is raised to more than 6.4Mpa by the oil-gas multiphase pump, and the gas-liquid two-phase mixture is transported to the gathering and transportation combined station. The device integrates two functions of metering and pressurization, and has the characteristics of multi-purpose, flexible and reliable. In addition, there is no need for the construction of oil and gas booster station, so as to save the construction cost. The system part of the device can realize the acquisition, processing, analysis and display of the measured data, at the same time, it can realize the remote transmission of the data, and improve the level of digital management of the oilfield.
The device is composed of separation system, metering system, pressurization system, data acquisition and analysis and display system, and data remote transmission system.
Ø The device integrates metering and pressurization functions into one, which is multi-purpose, flexible and reliable;
Ø The device is equipped with pressure relief valve, with low liquid level, overpressure interlock valve closing protection and safety valve venting function, which can effectively ensure the stable operation of the device;
Ø The device is designed as a skid mounted structure, which is convenient for hoisting, transportation and use;
Ø The device can monitor various production data in real time, including inlet pressure, outlet pressure, gas temperature, gas pressure, instantaneous gas volume, accumulated gas volume, liquid temperature, liquid density, liquid phase moisture content, liquid volume flow (instantaneous and cumulative), liquid mass flow (instantaneous and cumulative), combustible gas concentration, hydrogen sulfide concentration, etc;
Ø The device has the function of historical data storage and query, which can store and query production data for more than one year.
