    Product Overview

    The high-efficiency separator is a device used for the separation of substances in different phases and is widely applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical, food, and pharmaceuticals. Depending on the application, it is typically categorized into two types of products: two-phase separators (for gas-liquid mixtures) and three-phase separators (for oil-gas-water mixtures).

    Two-Phase Separator: After the gas-liquid mixture enters the separator, the gas enters the gas channel and gets separated into liquid droplets based on gravity and sedimentation, while the liquid enters the liquid space and gets separated into bubbles and solid impurities. Before leaving the separator, the gas passes through a mist eliminator to remove small droplets and then exits through the gas outlet, while the liquid exits through the liquid outlet.

    Three-Phase Separator: After the gas-liquid mixture enters the separator, it first undergoes preliminary separation through the inlet distributor. The gas enters the separation chamber, where small droplets coalesce and fall after multiple changes in the direction of flow. The liquid settles under the force of gravity, with oil flowing upwards and water flowing downwards to achieve oil-water separation. Ultimately, the gas is discharged from the gas outlet, the oil flows over the overflow weir into the oil sump and exits through the oil outlet, and the water is discharged through the water outlet.

    The equipment consists of a shell, inlet and outlet, baffle plates, a distribution device, a mist eliminator, a level controller, safety valves, and control systems.
