Product Overview

The Intelligent Chemical Dosing Device (hereinafter referred to as the "device") is an integrated suite of equipment that combines chemical feeding, stirring, liquid transfer, and automatic control. It is primarily used for chemical dosing in oil and water wells, gathering and transportation stations, and oil pipelines in the oil industry. It is also applicable to industries such as chemical processing, environmental protection, and water supply systems. The device mainly consists of a chemical storage tank, a dosing pump, a stirring mechanism, a level alarm system, piping, a control cabinet, a diaphragm buffer, filter, insulation device, and an optional automatic control unit. All components are integrally mounted on a single base. Users simply need to install it in a dosing room, connect the dosing pipe, and power it on to start the operation.

Working Principle

The device prepares the required chemical solution in the mixing tank according to the desired concentration. After being thoroughly mixed by the stirrer, the solution is transferred to the solution tank and then conveyed to the dosing point or the designated system using a metering pump. The device can also be designed and configured with the necessary software to meet the specific requirements of different process flows, allowing for automatic and remote control.
