Vortex flowmeter

Overview

Vortex flowmeter is a new type of intelligent flow meter designed by Karman vortex street principle and magnetoelectric induction principle, and developed by using magnetoelectric digital signal detection technology. The product has the characteristics of high sensitivity and low power consumption, and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, brewing, printing and dyeing, medicine, food, environmental protection and other industries.

Working principle

It is designed according to the principle of Karman vortex street and magnetoelectric induction. When the medium flows through a trapezoidal cylinder vortex generator, two regular rows of cross arranged vortices will be released alternately on both sides of its downstream, and the separation frequency of vortices is directly proportional to the flow rate within a certain speed range.

Composition

It is composed of sensor and converter, which integrates flow measurement and local display, and is equipped with a variety of standard output signal interfaces.
