Key words:

Crude oil wellhead oil and gas continuous metering device

Details

- Commodity name: Fixed MPFM
Equipment Features: The device is fixed near the wellhead of a single well to meter the production of that well. Its skid-mounted structural design facilitates easy installation and maintenance of the metering wellhead.

Equipment Composition: The fixed MPFM encompasses the main body of the device, measuring instruments (mass flowmeter, gas flowmeter, pressure transmitter, pressure gauge), electrical auxiliary heating and temperature control system with external insulation, data acquisition and analysis processing system, and remote data transmission system (optional).

Key Features and Competitive Edges
1. Measurement technology is environmentally friendly with no radioactive component or pressure vessel tank.
2. The MPFM works under different working conditions and different medium flow patterns. It is suitable for multiphase flow metering of single wells, groups, or branch lines in various complex environments such as land, sea, and desert.
3. A robust pipeline manifold structure design is used without pressure devices.
4. Accurate measurement data with significant advantages in comparison to some other technologies.
5. Allows for continuous automatic online measurement and 24/7 tracking and data acquisition.
6. A reliable design with a long service life, ease of use, low maintenance, repair, and operating costs.
7. The MPFM can achieve real-time measurement of single-phase or multiphase parameters of the oil well production.
8. The MPFM can achieve real-time collection, calculation, and analysis of on-site data and also generate measurement curves for liquid, gas, and water as well as various production reports.
9. The MPFM has abnormal alarm functions for data such as pressure, temperature, and liquid mass flow rate.
10. The MPFM can achieve remote transmission and send on-site data to remote databases.
